After of year of inactivity, we changed Realtors and went with James. He made us look at this process as a step by step process rather than an overwhelming process that most of us see in buying or selling. James was able to market our lot in such a manner that we received two offers in a very short amount of time. With both of the offers in front of us , James was able to deal with both offers in such a manner that when the first original offer fell through in the last few days of escrow, James was able to secure a deal with the second offering party and closed escrow within 21 days. When the paperwork came in and we had questions, he was only a phone call away and made time to meet in person when possible. He and his team were able to answer any questions we had through the entire process. James is extremely helpful and knowledgeable and I would refer him to anyone I know looking to buy or sell in the future.
